Rent-A-John collects the information you provide through the booking form so we can review your request, contact you, prepare a quote and arrange service.

Information we collect

The booking form may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery location, requested dates, rental details and any notes you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, confirm availability, plan delivery and service, and communicate with you about the rental. We do not sell the information submitted through this form.

Email delivery

Rental requests are emailed to book@rentajohn.ca. If you provide an email address, the system also sends you a confirmation copy. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking until the Rent-A-John team contacts you.
